email notifications for Scan jobs/logs - and Tech Support issues

I have the latest version of SUPERAntiSpyware

I have setup in my preferences to send emails for scan logs notification. The scans occur once a week and yet I do not get any email notification of the scans that occur

 

BTW - I am trying to set up an account for Tech Support on your website .. When I try to create the account, I never get the eMail notification ..(the email address that I registered SupeAntiSpyware) Also I went through your tech support webpage for this particular issue and never got a response
