alpha Posted November 17, 2007 Hi to all! I have installed SUPERAntiSpyware 3.9, it works fine. After shutdown or after restart Windows, I get the following message: "A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for this computer" then the PC reboot, over and over again. I have uninstalled SAS, then, after shutdown or restart the message disappears, and the S.O work fine. I have reinstall SAS and this reproduces the same problem. I have check and uncheck scan at startup, check and uncheck updates, but even with SAS deactived at start of Windows the result is the same. My Windows copy (XP Pro SP 2) is legal. I use NOD32 3.0.560.0, Trojan Remover 6.6.4 and Tiny Personal Firewall 2.0.15 You can help me?
controler Posted November 17, 2007 Hello I can look at your dump file if you like. To make sure it is enabled, right click on my computer, click properties, advanced, under start up & recovery, click settings, you should have small memory dump selected for now for a larger more informative dump, you would select Kernel Memory Dump. am sure it will point to the troubled driver. controler

I tried select kernel memory dump, but afer the reboot (my computer only start normaly (if SAS is installed) with last good configuration) the file *.dmp does appears, i cannot find it. After the message "A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for this computer", appears error code: 0X80070013 Thanks,
