SuperAntiSpyware Free version with Windows Defender (Win 10)

Hello, I have a new computer with Windows 10 Professional 64 bit

I am using Windows Defender, and have read conflicting opinions/reports whether the Free version of Super........ is compatible with Windows Defender.

I would be appreciative for a factual opinion, as I don't want to cause myself any problems.  I read that the Free Version is less likely to cause conflicts with Defender/
