javahound Posted October 23, 2016 I have tried various things to get the latest product update to install such as turning off the firewall, marking SAS files as approved in my antivirus, shutting down sandboxing etc. Still no success. Use one of the uninstallers on this page: https://www.superantispyware.com/supportfaqdisplay.html?faq=47 Makes sure you select the correct version.
