jloz66 Posted April 26, 2016 Greetings, I love SUPERAntiSpyware as it removes almost everything. I update my protection everyday. It finds the PUP.BundleInstaller/Variant but can not remove it. I have the free version. I am behind a corporate firewall running Windows 7 64 bit. What do I need to do to remove this? Thank you in advance, John L PS - I tried searching through here before posting - no good

So I reread the error message and it is pointing to convertlite which is a legit program. I flagged it as OK. So my issue is solved - thank you for getting me to read! GuiltySpark Posted April 26, 2016 It sounds like the Installer is being flagged, where did you download it from? (converterlite)
jloz66 Posted April 26, 2016 Don't remember. Probably from the site, converterlite.com.
GuiltySpark Posted April 26, 2016 Well their site does state : additional software may be offered via opt-in ads durimg the installation process I would try adwcleaner to see if that removes it, if not let us know and we'll try to see what's going on. SAS Malware Research Posted April 26, 2016 Hello jloz66, I installed ConverterLite directly from their website however nothing was detected by SAS. I would like you to fill out a customer support ticket and we should be able to determine what is going on.
