Is superantispyware worth buying software for our windows

I was reading about the anti spyware programs that they protect user computers from spyware adware and malwares etc. After searching through google i got super anti spyware, after visiting site i got impressed but my question is it worth buying application or if i try it as free is this safe?

Was years between getting hit by something. My outpost security suite, malwarebytes and SAS each caught something the others did not. The last was a ransomware, but I opened a .zip file and got "got".  It looked like something I was expecting at the time.
