guicaut Posted October 23, 2014 Hello Superantispyware, i got a question , i installed Systweak RegClean Pro, however SAS scans this as a threat!! Why? it's a MS certified company can you explain? Thnx
GuiltySpark Posted October 23, 2014 Hi guicaut systweak is nothing more than scareware/rogue app telling you your system needs fixing blah, blah, all optimizers are the same and arent necessary for a healthy system. Dont be fooled by the MS partner logo, many sites containing bad programs use this technique to suck people in when in reality they have nothing to do with MS what so ever. Its no different to using a gif image or jpeg to put a padlock on an insecure site, it doesnt mean its secure it just means there is an image to try to fool you. SAS Customer Service Posted October 23, 2014 RegClean Pro is set as a PUP. It will not be removed by default on a scan, you must choose to remove it.
