huffmanm Posted August 18, 2014 What happened to the list of items found that used appear during a scan of the system? I'm running version 6.0 build 11442 of SAS Pro. The only thing I get after a scan is a summery, it doesn't tell me if anything was found or not.
SAS_Dave Posted August 18, 2014 If you are seeing a large green shield with a check mark inside of it, then nothing was found during your scan, and there will just be a summary of the number of items scanned. Otherwise, you'll see a large biohazard graphic with the detected item results, followed by the selection of items to remove. Detected items are also listed as they are found during the scan progress window. Here's what the scan progress looks like when something is detecting: https://www.superantispyware.com/images/SAS60/IMGSAS60_Scanning_Large.png
huffmanm Posted August 18, 2014 I guess that means nothing was found then. I did get a notice from my McAfee that 3 or 4 Trojans were detected and guaranteed. Would SAS detect the guaranteed files?
SAS Customer Service Posted August 18, 2014 Huffman, You must mean quarantined, SAS would not detect files that have already been quarantined.
