rj242797 Posted May 18, 2014 SAS keeps getting hung up when it gets to this file: C:\Programdata\AVG2014\CHJW\60070B9007B173\AUGCCHMI.DAT This has never happened until the last update just a few days ago and now I have not been able to scan my system and am becoming quite concerned. SAS_Dave Posted May 18, 2014 Hi there It's possible AVG his "protecting" its files from being scanned; you may want to disable AVG's real-time protection before starting the scan to see if that eliminates the problem. If so, you could try adding the AVG folder to your excluded folders list in scan preferences (C:\ProgramData\AVG2014). Let us know what you find, we've tested for compatibility with AVG and haven't had any issues ourselves. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
