Hi

 

Had previously opened Customer Support Request (CSR00116638)

3 days ago but "Your question has not yet been reviewed by a customer support representative"

When the scheduled screeningans and Automatic update is activated
The system freezes and Can not open sas And there is a high consumption of Ram
and When real-time Protection is Only activated
And disabled scheduled screeningans and Automatic update
Everything will be fine

And there is a high consumption of Ram

Protection program is Norton Internet Security

The AVI file you included is not supported, and I do have a comprehensive codec package installed.
