Hi

 

Had previously opened Customer Support Request (CSR00116638)

3 days ago but "Your question has not yet been reviewed by a customer support representative"

When the scheduled screeningans and Automatic update is activated
The system freezes and Can not open sas And there is a high consumption of Ram
and When real-time Protection is Only activated
And disabled scheduled screeningans and Automatic update
Everything will be fine

And there is a high consumption of Ram

The AVI file you included is not supported, and I do have a comprehensive codec package installed.

I have K-Lite, others were able to open the file here, and it was an issue specific to my computer. 

 

The video still does not help us because we do not understand the language.  Is it possible for you to send us a screenshot in English, please.
