kevinbore Posted January 13, 2014 I am using the latest version of the free Super. I went to update & I am getting failed on checking for definition updates & definition update. The authenticating Connection is green. I uninstalled Super redownloaded & I get the same error. It works on my other pc & I ran all my virus, malware, & Superanti with nothing found. deege Posted January 15, 2014 "Are you connecting via wi-fi ?" I am. Could that be the problem? Sorry to hop on, but didn't want to start a new thread when this one is open.
GuiltySpark Posted January 15, 2014 @deege, It can cause its own issues, I too had trouble downloading updates on the first couple of attempts but accessing other sites worked fine so I simply moved a little closer to the router and download was achieved. (sometimes it can be as easy as that other times there may be an issue) If that doesn't solve your problem then I suggest filing a ticket. (see my post above for the link).
