Relax Posted December 30, 2013 Hello, Every time I quick scan my computer while on the internet SAS will find about 50 spyware cookies. My Question; is there a way to prevent these cookies from being installed?? Thanks
GuiltySpark Posted December 30, 2013 Hi relax, No way that I've found, websites depend upon them for id/login/sessions etc as do advertisers.
Relax Posted December 30, 2013 Thanks for the help. I typically run Ccleaner when I close my browser. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
DooGie Posted December 30, 2013 Hi Relax, if you use Firefox as a browser the Adblock Plus extension stops a lot of tracking cookies. Since I first started using this extension the most tracking cookies that SAS has found after doing a scan is 5. Whereas before it used to be around 30.
