LN108 Posted June 5, 2013 Hi, I'm running SAA (paid version) on Windows 7 64 bit. Today, the SSA controller icon has stopped appearing in the system tray. I checked task manager, and SUPERANTISPYWARE.EXE is running The "show in system tray" option is checked. I've rebooted several times. If I click the SSA desktop icon, the usual interface menu pops up, but still nothing in the system tray. If I use task manager to stop the SSA.exe process, then click the desktop icon to restart, the system tray app appears. Any suggestions appreciated! KC13 Posted June 12, 2013 Having the same problem here but with XP. I go to preferences and check not to show in notification area, reboot, then go back and reset it to show, then reboot. SAS will then show it's icon in the notification area for one or more days, then disappears again. No problems with any other program.
