jraahm Posted March 28, 2013 I have installed SUPERAntiSpyware 5.6.1014 on a Desktop PC running 64 bit Windows 7 Ultimate. A few days ago, the control window showed that my database status was updated 4 days ago. I downloaded the latest definitions today, and manually updated the program. The control window now shows that Database Version is 10189, which is indeed, correct. However, under the Database Status heading, I still see that it was "Updated 4 days ago"! A restart of the program or the computer does not help. Am I missing something or is this some bug? Thanks in advance for the forum's help!
SAS Customer Service Posted March 28, 2013 It is a bug, as long as the database version is correct you can ignore the "last updated" date.
jraahm Posted March 29, 2013 Thank you! While on the subject of updates, is it possible to update ONLY the definitions, automatically? I know that check for automatic updates, downloads and installs both database definitions and newer versions of the program.. What if one needs only the definitions to be updated automatically, and not the newer versions of the program? I don't see this option and hence my question Thanks again .
