karrygun Posted February 4, 2013 but how i can be sure for delete the infections?
SAS Customer Service Posted February 4, 2013 Any items detected by SUPERAntiSpyware are determined to be threats, however false positives do occur as with all anti-malware and anti-virus programs. There is no way to be "sure," if something is detected that looks like a good file, you can use the built-in false positive reporter. The Quarantine feature is meant to allow the user to restore a file if it has been detected incorrectly.
karrygun Posted February 4, 2013 understand i can anyway lower of risk false positive? how i can it?
GuiltySpark Posted February 5, 2013 i can anyway lower of risk false positive? Simply by using the built in FP option, this will allow the Malware team to analyze and prepare the next set of definitions to allow it/them. Or you can add those files to the Allowed/Trusted items list.
