unexpected reboot during complete scan

Recommended Posts

Guest

dear all,

I am having some problems with spywares on my PC (windows xp pro). I am trying to remove them but the issue it that I can't finish a complete scan (superantispyware free v3.9.1008) since in the middle of the scan my PC will suddenly reboot.

any brillant ideas?

regards,

geraud

Keep tapping F8 as soon as you turn on your computer to access Safe Mode.

Use Explorer to navigate to program Files>SuperAntiSpyware. Now double click "SuperAntiSpyware" to run it.

You can also use BootSafe to get into Safe Mode.

BootSafe is in the SuperAntiSpyware folder.

Yes, but as much as I love SAS, I think tapping F8 to get into Safe Mode is easier. Also, with Boot Safe you have to remember to set it back to Normal mode.
