elia Posted June 28, 2012 Hi I´m a new user of SUPERAntiSpyware, the scan showed this result: Trojan.Agent/Gen-Kryptik C:\PROGRAM FILES\HP\DIGITAL IMAGING\BIN\DOCUMENT MANAGER\HPQDCMGR.EXE C:\WINDOWS\INSTALLER\{92A51949-EE4C-466D-AAF0-99E74A49A63F}\DTCUT_C29C1940CB854F3B906C33FEE0E67103.EXE C:\WINDOWS\INSTALLER\{92A51949-EE4C-466D-AAF0-99E74A49A63F}\SCUT_C29C1940CB854F3B906C33FEE0E67103.EXE I chacked it in virustotal and only one AV classified those as Trojans. SAS Customer Service Posted June 28, 2012 Please use the built-in false positive reporter at the end of the scan so our definitions team can gather the necessary information about that detection. To do this, run a scan so the item is detected, then on the Scan Results screen select the individual item being detected and click the "Report False Positive" button on the right.
