Jormungandr Posted January 3, 2012 I have Norton 360 (N360) v5 as my primary AV and SAS Free Edition. When I scan with an on-demand scanner such as SAS or Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, I configure N360 to go to silent mode. If I don't, N360 will perform background tasks which includes a full system scan. Usually, this involves choosing the main program file, which when run, will cause N360 to go to silent mode. For example, for Malwarebytes, the file "mbam.exe" in the Malwarebytes folder is chosen. Whereas I can get it to go silent with Malwarebytes, I can't see to get it to work with SAS. I have the file, "SUPERANTISPYWARE.exe" chosen for silent mode. However, when I run SAS, N360 will go silent for 2 seconds. I don't know if the problem lies with N360 or am I choosing the wrong file for it in the SAS folder. Any help would be appreciated.
