Guest perry Posted September 16, 2011 Not sure if the pic will show I took the snapshot of the SAS Pro update window..the main SAS window looks the same. It's the second time in roughly a month it's happened. The program itself seems to work normally & the two processes are using the typical amount of ram when this happens, the SAS icon in the systray looks normal. After a warm boot the windows are normal again. It's only the second time as I mentioned, but it's annoying to look at. System is XP Home sp3.. other security programs that run in the background are Norton Internet Security 2011 & Zemana AntiLogger 1.92.511 I ran full system scans with SAS Pro, Norton system scan full, free version of Malwarebytes A/M, online scan using NOD32. All come up clean. I'm thinking there's a conflict with another program that runs when booting up..but I haven't recieved any errors etc. System isn't running too hot & hdd temp when it happened was 78f & it's status was good. Video driver works fine with all programs. I'd rather not uninstall/reinstall SAS since I don't want to run into any issues with my lifetime licence. Ideas on what it could be? Hey Seth I'm using version 5.0.1118 Latest Core:7701 & Trace:5513 Thanks for that link! At least I know I'm not alone getting these checkmarks Looks like that's two of us who've downloaded the same MS update & started having problems. You mentioned in the post you linked to, for the person to uninstall/reinstall...if I do that how do I make sure I still have my lifetime licence? Maybe a dumb question, but better to ask now. Thanks for the reply btw!
lefteye Posted September 17, 2011 Copy your license down before you reinstall. It is located in the help menu. Hey Seth I'm using version 5.0.1118 Latest Core:7701 & Trace:5513 Thanks for that link!
