Windows 2003 Terminal Services Installation

Recommended Posts

:?: Is there more information concerning the setup and configuration of SAS Pro on a Windows 2003 Server running in Terminal Services mode? Non-administrators (standard users) when logging in are getting the following message:

The scanning MUST be done from an account with Administrator privileges.

Although the user can cancel out without difficulty, it is annoying. It also raises the question as to whether or not the real time protection is functioning for the users. There is no indication of the product running in Task Manager unless an administrator is logged in.

Any assistance in the correct setup in this environment would be most appreciated as I use the Pro version on my own system with great success.

I will have to look into that - my hunch is our kernel driver is for some reason not being loaded in the terminal services users, or else we would have full access under any type of account.
