Evaluation period ending message despite having Professional version

Each time I reboot I get a message that my evaluation period has ended for SAS. This occurs each time despite having the professional license. I have tried downloading and installing the professional trial, and while it seems to work, it is only temporary. When I reboot the same message re-appears. I am running Windows Vista with the latest SP.

Any thoughts?

Welcome to the SAS forum Terry.

When you re-installed, did you use the SAS uninstaller? If not, use the uninstaller and re-download the Pro version from the home site.


If the problem remains following the above, then please open a Customer Support Request and SAS's Customer Service will get you squared up :-)
