Boot Safe? Alternate Start?

Recommended Posts

Boot Safe allows you to start the computer in Safe Mode if the conventional means to do so don't work. For example, pressing F8 as soon as you start the computer will allow you access to Safe Mode, but you can't do that on some wireless keyboards as the keyboard may not function until Windows begins to load.

Alternate Start creates a random executable to allow SAS to start when certain infections target antimalware executables from running.

Both the above are available in the Free Edition of SAS.
