If not, verify that SUPERANTISPYWARE.EXE and SSUPDATE.EXE are granted incoming and outgoing TCP/IP traffic (on Port 80/443, HTTP/HTTPS). Sorry to question what's already been stated but my firewall is currently setup to block all inbound traffic. Is incoming traffic required for protection?
