ekt Posted August 21, 2011 I'm having the re-direct issue and don't know where to begin. The only way to get around it is to right click on a google search result (in Firefox or IE) and choose "open in new tab". But I've completed a SuperAntiSpyware scan twice now. Both times it found several things (mostly cookies or adware), but it did give 3 results of things to quarantine, which I did. I then deleted them, hoping I didn't mess things up by doing that. Do you have any advice for me as to what to do next? Thanks!
Seth Posted August 21, 2011 Welcome to the SAS forum. Update SAS by right clinking on the SAS icon in the Notification Area/System Tray, and choosing "Check For Updates". Once updated, run SAS from Safe Mode and if the re-direct remains, please utilize SAS's "Threat Check" https://www.superantispyware.com/superantispyware_threatcheck.html
