SAS found Dell MyWay .dll file already placed in Avast!chest

Hi:

I am a new user to SAS. After doing a thorough scan, SAS found a file caalled descras.dll in my MyWaySA folder. However...Avast! Home AV program already found this dll file and placed it in the Avast! Virus Chest. I checked the MyWaySA folder where SAS said the .dll file still exists but it appears empty (unless I am not turning on some Hidden View feature) AND the file DOES show in the Avast Virus Chest.

Why is SAS alerting me to a file in a folder that appears empty?

Also, there were a whole series of file apparently associated with Dell MyWay Search Assistant in the Registry. Shall I quarantine them?

Can NOT SPECIFICALLY answer that question, but there are "My Way"
