Installation

Recommended Posts

Hello. Not that long ago I upgraded to the lifetime membership. There were no no problems. I have two registration numbers, one for the old version, and the other for the newer version. Upon reboot, the old icon would show up in the system tray and the new icon in the program tray. The old version was deleted but is STILL coming up on reboot. Now, when I click on the new icon, it says there is an old version, shall it be uninstalled? I click yes and have to go through the re-install process every time. That worked, but now, it installs just so far and when it gets to 'Service installation' an error message pops up and it states that the installation has been aborted. I've tried all sorts of things to correct the issue, including uninstall/download/re-installation. I'm still getting the same error message and can't install the program. Suggestions, please! After months of trouble-free service I am now running without the protection of SUPERAntiSpyware! - Sixfivehigh

Thank you. After several attempts SAS is now re-installed.

There is another issue that is happening as a result when

I log in, or reboot, but I'll get to that later.

Thanks again. S5H.
