superantispyware does not save setting to start at windows startup

I am using Superantispyware professional on windows 7 64 bit. Superantispyware does not save the setting to start with windows start up. if i check this setting in the superantispyware preference window and then click close and open the preference window again it isn´t checked anymore. i checked out 2 different threads with similar problems but the provided solutions didn´t help me. I tried properties->compatibility->Change setting for all users->uncheck run this program as an administrator solution and the registry delete superantispyware entries in the layers key solution(no entries at the 2 different locations).

Please help me find a solution for this problem.

Welcome to the SAS forum.

1) Note your product key, and run the 64 Bit SAS uninstaller: https://www.superantispyware.com/supportfaqdisplay.html?faq=47

2) Download the Pro version from the home site and save it to your desktop. Right click on the setup icon and choose "Run As Administrator".

If that doesn't help, submit a Customer Support Request and let the developers figure it out (mention this thread in the request) https://www.superantispyware.com/precreateticket.html

i made a mistake it's not a 64 bit os but 32. It's a 64 bit processor though.

Still reinstalling superantispyware didn't solve the problem.

Gonna create the ticket.
