Catman51 Posted June 7, 2011 Hi, With the new Pre-Release, it quarantined the download of Thunderbird Beta 5, I had to un-quarantine to install it. It claimed it was a trojan, which it isn't?
SAS_Dave Posted June 7, 2011 Hi I just installed Thunderbird 5.0 Beta 1 to test your report, but was unable to reproduce the false detection. What is your operating system? Did you download the installer directly from mozillamessaging.com? Which file(s) were detected? Thanks! - Dave
Catman51 Posted June 7, 2011 I am on Windows 7, and the downloaded .exe was direct from the Mozilla Beta site. My Anti-Virus didn't pick it up, just SAS, and it detected the exe on the desktop.

I just downloaded Thunderbird 5 beta 1 and SAS didn't detect anything.
