Cannot remove infected file with SUPERAntiSpyware

Hello, just recently i accidentally got a virus in my computer which repeatedly shows pop-ups and opens IE tabs which lead to several ads; The files are called Kqi.exe and Kqd.exe, and they are located in the Temp folder on my computer. If i try to delete them it just tells me that i don't have the permission to delete them (Although i'm the Administrator of the computer). Scanning them with SuperAntiSpyware does actually detect them as Trojans, but even after quarantining and removing the files and restarting the computer, they're still there. What can i do about this?

Reboot your computer into SAFE MODE and then scan with SAS. Let SAS quarantine the files. Then reboot back into Normal Mode and see if the files still exist.

If that does not work, try "taking ownership" of the files and then remove them.
