Now that's patience Upload the file to VirusTotal: http://www.virustotal.com/ If it comes back clean, disable the following SAS Preferences and see if the problem still occurs: - Use kernel direct file access. - Use direct disk access. ccwtech Posted May 13, 2011 Still locks up with those preferences. File is clean according to Jotti and Virscan.org. Virustotal site is having some server issues right now. Cancelling the SAS scan doesn't even work. Have to ctrl-alt-del end task. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
