UPDATES Fail

I cannotupdate...the program "aunthenticates connection" forever as you can see:

What can I do to resolve it? I already re-installed, but it didn't fix the problem.

Will it update if you temporarily turn off your software firewall?

Be sure the firewall is not blocking any of the SAS programs.

Are you running the program on 64bit or 32bit? What other security are you currently running?
