MisterF Posted April 17, 2011 I get the message "xxxxxx - Bad Image The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system\WIKI.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette" It happens nunerous times when I log on and then on each new application I open. After trying various scanning applications (AVG 9.0 Pro; Malwarebytes AntiMalware) I've searched the web and various blogs suggested using SuperAntiSpyware which I've installed (Free Addition) and performed several full scans. No joy I've tried searching the SUPERAntiSpyware Forums for WIKI.DLL for previous topics but don't get any sensible results. Any ideas about what to do? That Sounds very viral in nature; when we have had diagnostics in the past with the same type of infection they have all turned out to be viruses' that have overwritten an integral DLL. Please seek the help of an Antivirus software; though they may simply tell you to try a restore. In the end that may be a quicker route than trying to repair the 'bad' image.
