bilmaxey Posted January 17, 2011 With the professional edition, several times a day, I get the pop-up shown in the attachment in the lower right corner saying updates are available. When I go to download the updates, I get the message shown in the center of the attachment, saying my stuff is up to date. Is this normal? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
siliconman01 Posted January 18, 2011 Probably your best solution is: 1. Shut down SAS 2. Download and run the SAS Uninstaller Assistant to uninstall SAS. A reboot will be required at the end of the uninstall. https://forums.superantispyware.com/index.php?/topic/1344-superantispyware-uninstallation-assistant/ 3. Go to www.superantispyware.com and download/install the latest version of SAS V4.48.1000. - Be sure to enter your lifetime license key when the wizard page appears that has the entry boxes for the license key. 4. Once the installation is complete, set up your preferences. Did you enter your 10-digit license code when the installer wizard window for it appeared during the re-install of SAS? I believe it is is on the second wizard window. If you did not, repeat the uninstall/re-install procedure and BE SURE to enter your proper 10-digit license key.
