siliconman01 Posted January 16, 2011 When I attempt to update my spyware definitions, I receive a message indicating my subscription has expired and needs to be renewed. However, I currently have a lifetime subscription account. How do I correct this? Thanks, Peter Probably the best way is shown below. 1. Shut down SAS 2. Download and run the SAS Uninstaller Assistant to uninstall SAS. A reboot will be required at the end of the uninstall. https://forums.superantispyware.com/index.php?/topic/1344-superantispyware-uninstallation-assistant/ 3. Go to www.superantispyware.com and download/install the latest version of SAS V4.48.1000. - Be sure to enter your lifetime license key when the wizard page appears that has the entry boxes for the license key. 4. Once the installation is complete, set up your preferences. 5. Check the main window menu and ensure that the program is showing that you have a lifetime license. If the above does not straighten out the problem, then create a Customer Support Request ticket via the link below. https://www.superantispyware.com/precreateticket.html
