petek Posted December 18, 2010 Hi, I have two licences for SAS Professional, initially for the 32 bit version. Having replaced one of the PCs by a Win 7 64 bit, I downloaded and installed SAS 64 bit, entered the licence key, activated the product and all was ok. Now, today, I get a message saying the trial period has expired ! So, I re-enter the licence number and activate the product via internet and get a reply saying thank you, your product has been activated. But I still get the message saying the trial period has expired ! So what to do ? Pete
siliconman01 Posted December 19, 2010 Try the Transfer option as shown in the link below. https://www.superantispyware.com/supportfaqdisplay.html?faq=90 If that does not work, use the Uninstaller Assistant, uninstall, reboot, and re-install V4.47.1000 The Uninstaller Assistant can be downloaded from the link below. https://forums.superantispyware.com/index.php?/topic/1344-superantispyware-uninstallation-assistant/

Strange, when I booted the computer this morning, all is in order with the lifetime subscription active again. All to do about nothing ! Pete
