steelgate Posted November 28, 2010 Hi folks, Downloaded signatures for 4.46.1000 and it found this: SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log https://www.superantispyware.com Generated 11/28/2010 at 04:19 PM Application Version : 4.46.1000 Core Rules Database Version : 5922 Trace Rules Database Version: 3734 Scan type : Complete Scan Total Scan Time : 00:00:00 Memory items scanned : 0 Memory threats detected : 0 Registry items scanned : 0 Registry threats detected : 0 File items scanned : 1 File threats detected : 1 Trojan.Agent/Gen-FakeAlert[Local] C:\USERS\BRENT\APPDATA\LOCAL\PUNKBUSTER\COD4\PB\PNKBSTRB.EXE I ran a cross check against TOTALVIRUS and JOTTI sites and other scanners found nothing. Is this a possible false positive? BTW-i ran a search for the file and it is in two places with same digital signature: 1. C:\windows\system32 2. C:\Users\Brent\AppData\Local\PunkBuster\COD4\pb SAS only found it in #2. NOTE: both files have same digital signatures from Evenbalance I'm keeping the file in case you need it...let me know. Seth Posted November 29, 2010 Hi Brent. Update SAS again, and run a scan. If the file shows up, you'll have the option to report it as a false positive when the scan completes.
