siliconman01 Posted November 22, 2010 It tells me to make sure that my firewall is not blocking superantispyware.exe. I have superantispyware checked in the exceptions. Do you have any advice? jame I assume that you checked your firewall to make sure that it is not blocking SAS, eh? Make sure that it is not blocking files SuperAntiSpyware.exe or SSUpdate.exe. What version of SAS are you running? If it is not V4.45.1000, update to the latest version. If all else fails, uninstall SAS and re-install. Use the SAS Uninstaller Assistant to uninstall. https://forums.superantispyware.com/index.php?/topic/1344-superantispyware-uninstallation-assistant/
jame Posted November 23, 2010 All is well. I had SAS in the firewall exceptions list, but I also had to select another SAS related listing (I forget the name) but it has enabled me to update and run SAS successfully. I thank you for your time and service. jame
