Hello Jerry.

Please provide the following information:

- The numerical information of SAS. That information can be found on SAS's main screen.

- The version of Windows and if it's 32 bit or 64 bit. That information can be found by clicking on the Windows icon on the bottom left, then right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties".

You are running an older version of our software and have older definitions - update to the new product and definitions and re-scan.

???.....I downloaded a new edition a couple of months ago and I did updates a couple of hours ago.

Do I need to delete what I have now or will it overwrite ?

Right click on the SAS in the System tray, then choose "Check For Updates".

Now try the scan again.

I can't get HDD removed. Seems like it's shutting off my computer and then restoring? SAS found it but hasn't been able to clear it out. Dell Inspiron running Windows 7. I downloaded a new version tonight and updated.
