Why doesn't the download link of SASUNINST64.exe show up?

Why doesn't the download link for the x64 systems' special uninstaller assistant SASUNINST64.exe show up in the following links. Is it not the valid uninstaller assistant for x64 systems?

Agreed...especially since I told a poster that the standard uninstaller would work on a 64 bit system.
