Need help please...

Goldielox has found a solution. :) did not know how to delete entire article --if admin can--do so...so as not to take up space. thanx !

Welcome to the SAS forum Goldielox.

Right click on SAS's beetle icon in the system tray and choose "Check For Updates" (The System Tray is called Notification Area in Vista and Windows 7). Once the update is complete, boot into Safe Mode and run a complete scan.

*To enter safe Mode, keep tapping F8 as soon you turn on the computer. From the menu that appears, use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode then press Enter.

Thank you for the welcome, ....I lost count of how many times I did the boot & reboot and un and install yesterday....soooo, I found another program that cleaned everything up ! zip ! thank you anyhow. Have a great day !
