Oh OK i can update my core definition now, my problem solved itself  , i think this is because my internet connection, when i click update i also update my windows and antivirus, so maybe the core definition(which has big size) failed but trace definition success. 8)

i just curious why anti malware like SAS or malwarebytes, has big size update files? why isn't like other antivirus like avast or avira ?

This is because SAS and Malwarebytes do not use "incremental" updates. They download the entire definition database with each new update. SAS is supposedly working to switch to incremental updates in a future version of SAS.
