SUPERAntiSpy Posted August 23, 2011 Leave the default installation alone, that's the bottom line. We install the proper items that NEED to be running to have the most effective scanning and removal. It's really not open to debate - meaning - we need to have things running to do our job.
HiGhGuY Posted March 17, 2012 Hi I'm wondering about this also... I just installed superantispyware on my computer.... the FREE version which does not include real time scanning/protection. In windows task manager/services, it shows !SASCORE running even when the program superantispyware is NOT. If the free version has no realtime protection and the program is not even running, what need is there for the !SASCORE to be running? I went to MSCONFIG under services and unchecked it, then restarted, but then even when running program !SASCORE doesn't run. There is no way to stop !SASCORE in the "startup folder" of the start menu OR the startup tab of msconfig. So How can I make it so !SASCORE runs ONLY when superantispyware runs, but is otherwise not running?
