PSCO2007 Posted June 14, 2010 I have run three scans in a row after doing updates and not going on the Internet and keep getting same result. I can only assume that this program is not doing its job. Scan logs attached - 3 in a row. If anyone has a suggestion or comment, I would love to hear it.

siliconman01 Posted June 14, 2010 Are you clicking on NEXT at the bottom right of the window and letting SAS remove the checked items? From pic 1 to pic 2, it looks like SAS removed over 900 cookies. You may have to scan in SAFE MODE to get it fix the broken file extension/association. Please post the latest scan log of SAS. Also what Windows OS are you running? And is it 32-bit or 64-bit? SUPERAntiSpy Posted June 15, 2010 Did you reboot after the scan if asked to do so by SAS?
