james888 Posted June 13, 2010 I have purchased your SAS professional life time subscription several years ago. Just bought a new computer to replace a dead one and I couldn't activate your program. I was told that I have exceeded the number of licenses but I have only three in use (including this one). I have sent the customer service CSR0005051 two days ago but no response yet. Thanks.
