drfdisk Posted April 7, 2010 Koobface has been infecting machines here at my workplace for several weeks now and SAS has not found it or it's accompanying malware once. For instance I scanned a machine not an hour ago with SAS and it found nothing but about 30 tracking cookies. Then I scanned the same machine with Malwarebytes and it found 768 infected reg entries and files, and they weren't false positives. What gives? Its been this way for several weeks now. I'm starting to regret buying 5 SAS licenses. mbam-log-2010-04-07 (10-17-15).txt

You should submit a customer service request and let the SAS gurus examine what MBAM is detecting and SAS is not. Copy/Paste the MBAM log into the CSR so that the gurus can examine. The files found by MBAM certainly are malicious. https://www.superantispyware.com/precreateticket.html
