Scooter123 Posted March 15, 2010 Using SAS on Windows7 64b workstation on a home network. Every scan results in a message that I must reboot, even the most benign cookies result in this result. If I just press "Finish" and ignore the message and rescan, I get a clean (0 spyware) result. Can anyone tell me what is going on? Regards, Scooter

If the cookies are in use, a reboot is required to remove them. The rescan ignores the "Tracking Cookies" that will be removed on the reboot. When installing SAS, I always uncheck "Scan for tracking cookies". Cookies are just text files that pose no threat.
