goergen Posted March 14, 2010 I just bought the Superantispyware online in order to get rid of a nasty malware called Antivirus XP 2010. But it seems that virus does not let me download the Superantispyware. Every time I click on the download botton in my e-mail the download page disappears after 2 seconds and gives me the 'Problems downloading' page. How do I get around this and can download the program, so I can get rid of that bugger? Anyone?

I've got a lot of experience with Antivirus 2010. 1) Download SAS from the home site, as well as the SAS online scan from here: https://www.superantispyware.com/onlinescan.html. Save such to USB thumb drive which you should already have:} 2) Start the computer in "Safe Mode With Networking". 2) Try to install/run SAS from that mode. If it doesn't work, close SAS from the System Tray ( if it exists), go to "Programs" and choose "SuperAntiSpyware Alternate Start", then update and run a full scan. 3) If that doesn't help, then try the aforementioned online scan (which you already downloaded) 4) Other than that, we're in a whole new ballgame.
