Initial screen never updates info of last scan

Recommended Posts

What version of SAS are you running? And what Windows OS are you running?

If you not running SAS V4.34.1000, please update to the newest version (unless your Windows OS is 98SE or older).

Is your System Clock at the right time and date?

Does the scan actually complete (do you get the Scan Complete info box at the end of the scan)?

It sounds like the scan was not completing previously. Keep an eye on it to see if the scanner is hanging up somewhere during the scan. Personally, I run CCleaner before a scan....to get rid of all the unnecessary junk and temp files before any security program scan. This reduces the possibility of a hang and speeds up the scan time.
