How long to get a support ticket reply from SAS Staff?

Hi all,

A couple months ago I purchased 3 PRO linceses and LIFETIME subscription. I submitted a support ticket at https://www.superantispyware.com/csrcreateticket.html two days ago, and I received the instant automated reply that says:

"We have received your support request and one of our representatives will respond shortly.

You may view the status of your ticket at any time by clicking the link below:

Click here to view your ticket

Please note this is an automated message."

But when I click the ticket link it shows the message:

"Your question has not yet been reviewed by a customer support representative"

It hasn't even been VIEWED yet, let alone received any type of response, so I'm wondering - how long to other PAID/PRO owners here typically have to wait to get a response to a support ticket?
