siliconman01 Posted January 25, 2010 Are you fully exiting/shutting down SAS (no bug icon in Notification tray) and then going to All Programs and restarting SAS with "Run as Administrator" selected? Also, what version of SAS do you currently have installed?

If the version is not the new version, repeat the process above. This time after SAS is restarted with "Run as Administrator", right click on the bug in the Notification Tray and select Check for Updates. It should come back stating that a new version is available. Click on the option to in that message box to install the new version. That "should" cause it to update to the new version. robinb9 Posted January 26, 2010 well first you are missing one very important step. this first step below: right click the bug in the taskbar and click "exist" now go to the desktop and right click and choice "run as administrator" The program will not open but the bug will come back and also the white and blue popup box that shows the upgrade now you can click on that box and do the upgrade robin
